Artifacts

I went to the Hastings museum and saw these in their collection. It looked like a drinking cup that was probably used in Shamanic ceremonies by a long gone culture. The open mouth looked like it might have been a portal into another world. I wondered if they had visions of the future after drinking from the cup and what they would make of us future people. I wondered how ai might visualize this. The human is based on an image of me and my partner. The artifacts are plastic junk. The scream of the cat interested me and the vacant look on the human, as if it’s an empty vessel waiting to be filled.
